Refund policy

At Texanova Customs, most of our items are made to order, which means they are created just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on custom apparel.

However, we want you to love your order, so we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition).

• Accessories may be eligible for exchange, but not refund, unless defective.

If we made a mistake (wrong size, color, or design from what was ordered, or a defective product), we will happily remake or refund your order at no cost to you.

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges (unless the issue was our error).

• Personalized/customized items cannot be exchanged if the mistake was not on our end.
