Shipping policy

All of our apparel is made to order, so please allow 10-14 business days for production before your order ships. Embroidery items vary but most often 14-16 business days. Accessories and ready-to-ship items may go out sooner.

• Embroidery items: 14-16 business days. 
• Ready-to-ship: 2-4 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
